Consumer reporting is when someone buys a product and tries it, then posts their opinion online to what they thought about a particular product. One good site I found that has a lot of information was consumersreporter.com. On this site there are about four different products that people have tried and reported on. They also talk about their testing methods they use which helps you see how they came to their conclusions. I think if I were looking into this type of software it would be worth my while to look at this site.
