My Beer Gut is Gone
January 6, 2010 4:06 am SportsI am so excited because for the first time in a long time, I do not have a beer gut. It has been something that I have wanted to work on, but I have had a hard time making sure that I lose your beer gut, and stick to it. That is why I have decided that I want to start something that I can live with my whole life. I knew I needed a lifestyle change. It just seems like every time I go someplace with friends, they want me to break my lifestyle choice. I know I can do it.
