When I first came across the emery cat scratch board in a TV commercial, its honeycomb design impressed me and I could instinctively tell that my cats would adore it and actually stick to using it.

So I decided to order it immediately. But i made it a point to read a few emery cat reviews for some tips before actually placing an order. The benefit that I got from that was that I got to know in advance that the standard model would not work for my huge-sized pets. Accordingly, I ordered the deluxe board version which was larger in size. Though I had to pay $10 extra to procure that, the investment made sense because it meant convenience for my cats and bonus positives like injection-molded base and a 5year warranty made it even more sensible a purchase.

I am glad that I made the right decision and chose the right scratch post for my cats because it has been 6 months since I bought it and my pets are still hooked to it.
