I have been trying to tone up a bit. I am thin but not all that toned or defined. I want to look better in a bathing suit this year and maybe even wear a bikini! So, I have been looking for suggestions online and I just read a very convincing the truth about six pack abs review. The person that wrote the review sounded just like me - looking to firm and tone up a bit. They were skeptical like I was, but said that they saw amazing results and saw them pretty quickly. The review was convincing enough that I think I am going to try it!
