So I’ve been looking for a home gym system that will fit comfortably in my basement. It’s the reason I wanted a basement in my house in the first place–to accommodate exercise equipment. The Power Rods are easy to use, provide equal levels of resistance throughout the exercise movement, and are much safer than regular plate-loaded weight systems.
