My uncle Paul just got back from his 2 week vacation in China. When he returned back into the United States I asked him if he had brought anything back with him. Uncle Paul replied yes, and showed me and my sister Amy the chinese pork recipes he got from a family he knew over there. Later that night my mother made one of the recipes that he had brought back. In addition, my mother photocopied all of the recipes so everyone in the family could  have a copy too. The pork was delicious and will definitely be made again in the near future.
