Wow, I can’t believe how well we did in the Olympics.  The world got to see how great Canada really is.  I heard the media complaining that we were not quite getting the medals we wanted, but we did get several golds.  More than anyone else has in the Winter Olympics.  I was really nervous about the Hockey game because I couldn’t believe we lost the first one to the U.S., but that set up a great second game.  Coming away with the gold medal in that game was great.  I not only felt national pride that day for our country, but I also felt like I won my own gold with the GIC Canada rate I picked up the next day.  I have never had better month than now.
