DIY has taken on a whole new dimension.  Using the web you can find instruction and supplies in ways that almost seem magical now.  It’s no longer necessary to look for “hot to” manuals at the library or in a bookstore, and even if you wanted one from a book store, you can find those books online.   I needed to make my own 2×4s and realized that I needed a new bar for my chainsaw.  Rather than going to the hardware store and hoping they had one in stock, I just browsed the web for a few minutes and found what I needed after googling chainsaw supplies.
